Processing Time
Orders are lovingly prepared and packaged. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Custom or personalized items may take a little longer.

Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship within the U.S. only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

• Expedited Shipping: Available for some items at checkout for faster delivery

Packaging
Every item is packed securely, using eco-conscious materials whenever possible. We make sure your treasures arrive safe and sound.

Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Accidents are rare, but if your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
